What time can I check in?
You can check in anytime after 15:00 until 00:00. If you arrive later please inform us so we can ensure you are welcomed properly.
What time can I check out?
Check out time is at 11:00. Late check out maybe possible depending on availability at an extra charge.
What is the cancelation policy?
- Cancelations or modifications made up to 14 days prior to the arrival date are free of charge.
- Cancelations or modifications made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged 30% of the total cost of the reservation.
- Cancelations or modificationsmade within 24 hours of the date of arrival, in the case of no-show or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
What is the children's policy?
All children are welcome at our accommodation!
Baby cots are available free of charge! Please inform us at the time of you booking because they are subject to availability.
Can I smoke at Iliana Apartments?
All of our apartment in Tolo are non-smoking apartments.
Can I stay with my pet at Iliana Apartments?
Sadly we do not allow pets in our apartments.
Are there any rules regarding noise?
Guests must adhear to the quiet hours which are between 15:00 and 17:00.
What is the Climate Resilience Tax?
The Climate Resilience Tax is a state tax established to address the challenges caused by climate change and to better prepare Greece against natural disasters. We are obliged to collect the tax from our guests during their stay with us in Tolo.
